Like many, I struggled to find the right balance between my eating and training. I dealt with consistent pain and injuries, and a whole lot more, until I finally decided I needed to stop waiting for "the right moment" and finally change for the better
I was your typical skinny gym rat who just wanted to be happy with my physique . Of course, that quickly developed overtime, and I'm now so far down the strength rabbit hole I fear there's no coming back!
Luckily for me, I built the body to match the strength. So whether it's getting stronger, looking better or becoming fitter than you ever have been, I've the necessary means to help you reach your goals.
I kicked off my health and fitness journey in 2020, thanks to a little thing called COVID. Like many of us, I felt the need to better myself physically and mentally during those lockdown days.
While there were definitely some perks (hello, home workouts!), I quickly found myself in a bit of a mess. With little knowledge under my belt, I went down the rabbit hole of extreme calorie restriction, weighed in at a shaky 46.5kg, and even lost my period in the process. Scary, right?
Fast forward four years, and here I am, healthier, stronger, with an undying love for weight training. I’m now a personal trainer, online coach, and nutrition expert with 3 years of experience helping others navigate their own health and fitness challenges.
From fat loss and weight gain to building muscle and boosting strength, I’ve been through it all, and I’m ready to help you do the same!
